We are in times and seasons when we are overwhelmed by things happening around us. Constant attack leads to fear and frustration that causes us to worry about things to come. Isn’t it a wonder that the word of God declares don’t worry about tomorrow because tomorrow will take care of itself. The more we give ourselves to intimidation and stress, we become susceptible to all that comes our way. This can lead us to places of despair which gives power to the enemy of our soul. Fear has no place in our lives. However, we have to move in self confidence, to a place where we can take the leap of faith if we want to move to positions of power and prosperity.
We are confronted daily with mountains of problems; bills, decisions and other such things to barrage our mind. However we are no different from the people of the past. They to had their many issues and challenges that forced to make hard choices. We are in constant warfare, taunted by the enemy of our soul. It is easy to find yourself between a rock and a hard place. The mountains of despair on one side and frustration on the other sides with the valley of decision between. The question is, where do we go from here? It is time to rise up with the stones of determination and aim with all your might to bring those taunting walls down.
Goliat caused the people of God to live in fear of the moment; he came out of hiding sending His daily threats. Just like a barking dog he would come with threats but never leaving his place of confinement. Without knowing it, he might have been afraid; he had to find a way to release and relieve himself. He must have been worried not knowing what the enemy was planning or where they were heading. However no one knew the real impact of fear which gripped either side; the challenges continued until someone came out of the shadows to calm the people’s fear and restore dignity to a people of promise.
There are giants everywhere with insurmountable challenges; however, our focus should not be on the problem but the promise. Gods word says, take no thought of tomorrow, that day will take care of itself. Consider the Lillie’s of the field how they grow, the birds of the sky. They do not gather things and put them into barns but God provide for them daily. Not even Solomon in all of his glory was like one of them. God provided for them daily. Why are we getting stressed out about the future? Please let the Giants fall!
Rejection is a feeling that is hard to bear but with a promise there’s no turning away from destiny. Just like David you might be scolded for being interested and for trying to help. However the question was, “isn’t there a cause?” Frustration is the greatest barrier to success; intimidation is the road to fear. When you rise up in faith you will conquer the giants of stagnation. You will get on the road to building monuments of change that will propel your dream into a vision for success. Please don’t worry it is all taken care of by the God you know! There is no faith in fear; the blood of Jesus The conquered all.
The seed has been sown in the garden of the nation that is a Mecca for freedom to those seeking peace amid turmoil. The symbol on Ellis island showing the Statue of Liberty is a sight of freedom and hope, a relief for those who once lived in despair. Now more than ever before this nation is in trouble as the wind of change has taken this hope and once again turned it into despair. It has been brewing for years but now with the advent of a new Chief in town, this has emboldened the madness taking place amongst us. We are in trouble: far more than we have ever known. The madness is raging without any chance to reign it in. Let us put a stop to this flow of madness that has never been seen before. The path is closing in as the road ahead is winding to a narrow foothold, soon we will have no place to go; we are hemmed in with a fence of hate. Lord have mercy!
How do you make America great again? America is now the laughingstock of the nations of the world sending out treats and waving the false wand of imperialism trying to take back lost territories it never should have control. Just like the philistine’s Goliath of Gath it has a leader that is roaring insult at the rest of the world and worse of all its very own people. We are heading back to the dark old days of the barbarians where the ruler ruled supreme; a place where questioning authority would mean the loss of life. How are we going to control this epidemic that has engulf us and are dividing our souls? Remember a house divided will never stand!
How to make America great again. Focus on nation building, look after those things that matters to the common man. Stop trying to repeal and replace; fix the things that needs tweaking. We do not need more hate; we need love and togetherness. Speak up when things are wrong and shut up when there is nothing good to be said! When leaders in authority propagate the process, it spreads like wild fire sending a nation into division; splitting us apart. To make America great is to heal the wounds of injustice, stop the
inequality and covert racism in every aspect of life. All life matters but stop the genocide of the black race who suffers the share force of police brutality and the mass incarceration of our brothers and sister for minor incidents while slapping the hands of the others with a mere warning and letting them go free to repeat the cycle again. Why not repay us for the atrocities committed against us? Everyone else has been paid! Why hold out and disregard the powerlessness of the people who suffers and are still suffering. Talk about race relations is getting us nowhere. We must come to the realization that we are all of one race and that is humanity! It doesn’t matter who you are we are all related: how you treat your neighbor is how you are treating yourself.
Make America great again when you stop having people live in fear of being deported from the only nation they ever know. Let us look at DACA with a sense of “Decency for American Children to Advance” no matter how they got here. It is not their fault that they are here! They are making worthwhile contribution and should be treated with respect. They are the future that America is building upon. Why destroy the foundation for freedom, togetherness and self-respect for political gain? One day you will awake from your slumber only to ask yourself what have we done? By that time, it will be too late. The seed of destruction would have been planted and grown into maturity and the nation once prosperous and proud will live in despair. Wake up and look up, the end is near!
Every great nation must ask the question: Where do we go from here? History will remind us of those in the past who thought they were invincible but has now flatlined into despair. They are recorded into history as disgraced; lying in proverbial disgrace because of the path they chose when they were at the top of their game. They were too proud to look after the poor, the homeless and the forgotten. The one percent was there focus, enriching the rich and trampling the poor. They took away the rights of the hardworking man and silence their voices. They have become dictators seeking to crush anyone who disagree with their point of view. Using the White House to become a decadence of society meddling into things that has no bearing into good governance. Just like the kings of old, the writing is on the wall. It’s time to look back and retrace our steps; make right the wrong and ask for mercy before our days come to an end!
We can make America great again when we seek to compensate the blacks for the hundreds of years working as slaves; building this nation taking care of your kids while you beat our brothers and sisters into subjection brain washing them into your way of thinking trying to destroy our culture as if we never matter. We will rise to build this nation just like we did in the past. The foolish few has tried to stop us opposing all we have done trying to rewrite history but just like dust we will forever rise amid despair opposition and discrimination. Let us make America great again by truly following the principles of love, tolerance and unity! Arise, arise, arise, people open up your eyes!
Should it become a case of bewilderment or a time of abandonment? The charge is left for us to sort through. The case is closed and the jury has returned with the verdict. Just as that infamous case of the pass when some gasp in unbelief, the ghost has returned to haunt us just like the Halloween masquerade of the past all wrapped in a mask. I say it is too late for those who are mourning the lost and the hopelessness and a feeling of despair. It is time to awake the sleeping giant, mobilize; don’t just sit in despair looking for someone to blame for your inadequacy, lack of vision and foresight.
Can anyone imagine that in a modern day where information is key and is at your own fingertips that we have so much disconnect. It is said that at least forty percent of the folks who are eligible to do so did not vote! What travesty? May I ask the question: why? Why bombard the cities making a mess trying to create tension when you were given a chance to change the outcome but failed in your civic duty? It makes no sense to me!
Are we disappointed? Yes, we are! But it is time to move on lick your wounds dust yourself off and begin to mobilize. Don’t be caught off guard when the ball is in your court. This message might be simple but it is sure and it is short; “Get over it.” We have a nation to build and a country to mold. Let’s look at the brighter side or we will live in despair. The race is not for the swift or the battle for the strong but for the ones who endures.
My message is give love a chance! It will be the force that break all barriers, the cure to every pain and the material to rebuild with after the storm has passed. I would like to use the words of my friends Skillet who I find very interesting as a musical group. They speak to the things that move me.
“I am a nation’ I am a million faces, formed together, made for elevation I am a soldier, I won’t surrender. Faith is like a fire that never burns to embers (Who’s gonna stand up, who’s gonna fight?) The voice the unheard. (Who is gonna break those chains and lies?) Love is the answer. I gotta speak it, believe it, that’s how I feel inside. I, I, can’t, can’t sit here quiet.” “This is how we rise up. Heavy as a hurricane, louder than a freight train.”
With all the distress of the events taking place, let us all hope for a great future in which all human kine will exist in peace and harmony making the globe a better place. Let us end this year with the joys of the season knowing that Christ came to give us life and that more abundantly.
